Privacy & the waitlist.

Last updated 14 October 2026

The agentscm website is a public introduction to an early source-control prototype by Counterbranch, a DUVATL, Inc. project. Email signup is currently awaiting service activation. The form will appear only after its service URL is configured.

The website

This site does not add analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies. GitHub Pages hosts it and receives the technical information needed to serve a website, including IP addresses and request details. See GitHub’s privacy statement.

If you join the waitlist when it opens

We ask for your email address, your selected interests (feature updates/private preview, managed hosting, or both), and your agreement to receive those emails. The service records the time, the consent notice version, and the agentscm product context. We send a requested confirmation email, and add you to the selected update audiences only after you confirm ownership using its private link. Unconfirmed requests expire after 24 hours. Request metadata may be used for short-lived abuse prevention.

We use that information to send the agentscm updates you requested and manage the waitlist. It does not subscribe you to other Counterbranch product campaigns, provide repository access, reserve hosting, or commit you to a purchase.

Bird and email choices

Bird, our email provider, delivers the requested confirmation link. After you confirm, our server adds your email to dedicated agentscm audiences. Feature updates and managed-hosting interest are separate audiences. We retain your consent record separately. Existing provider suppression and unsubscribe preferences must remain in effect. See Bird’s privacy information.

Unsubscribe and deletion

Successful email confirmation provides an unsubscribe link. Keep that link; use it to withdraw from agentscm emails. Every future marketing email must also include a working unsubscribe option. Withdrawing consent prevents a simple repeat signup from restoring the same subscription.

When the service opens, unsubscribe records will retain only the information needed to honor your choice. For access or deletion requests, email support@counterbranch.com. A published retention period is a prerequisite for opening signup; no signup data is collected by this site before activation.
